Pete Small is a board certified Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer and Career Consultant. He helps leaders develop emotional intelligence, set clear goals, and become more effective, productive, connected, powerful, and influential.
As a coach, Pete has particular expertise working with technical professionals, helping them develop the core skills needed to be effective in their organizations. By working extensively with engineers, programmers, scientists and other technical leaders, he has developed a keen insight into their core leadership issues.
