Donna Fowler, MCC is a Global Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach who specializes in developing the unique leadership qualities of each client. She supports her clients in skillfully and masterfully navigating the politics of their organizations, while delivering high quality business outcomes through their people.
Since 1993, Donna has worked with executives to develop the leadership capabilities necessary to excel in complex business environments, including: leading diverse groups of people, working collaboratively, and coaching their team members to lead. Her work includes an emphasis on becoming a culturally competent leader, able to inspire and lead change in increasingly diverse organizations. She often works with individuals who came from highly specialized technical backgrounds before moving into leadership roles within their organizations.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) has awarded Donna their highest credential, Master Certified Coach (MCC). Selected clients include: Cisco Systems, Ernst & Young, PG&E , Stanford University, Informatica and Intel.
